Delivery Information

Brock and Norris Ltd can only state that it will deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will normally dispatch goods on a Tuesday and Thursday for next day delivery,however product availability can vary. All goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments as availability of products can vary. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent installments forming part of your order are not delivered by us. If your delivery address is outside of the mainland U.K. or the Channel Islands, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Brock and Norris Ltd wishes to advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. This can lead to packages being opened and re-sealed. If for some reason parcels are required to be redirected then a new additional charge of £7.95 will be incurred (where applicable). Also if goods are refused or not called for a charge of £7.95 will also be incurred. This list is not a full and exhaustive list and other reasons may apply.

Brock and Norris Ltd cannot and will not give timescales on delivery of rifles or bespoke items, as often with such items we are reliant on third party or outside suppliers, but we will endeavour to ensure all our work is completed in a timely fashion.
